WorkWave acquires Team Software

WorkWave, Holmdel, New Jersey, has signed an agreement to purchase Team Software, a provider of software and solutions for cleaning, janitorial, security and facility management service providers. The acquisition should be finalized at the end of September.

Together, these companies bring more than 100 years of experience, enabling WorkWave to offer a broader set of solutions that strengthen the capabilities of service companies.
