The Source trade show, an unmissable event for hotel and restaurant professionals, took place this month after a particularly difficult period for its public.

With vacancies currently 700% above typical levels, companies were keen to learn how best to tackle the upcoming busy spring and summer seasons and the event catered to their requirements, offering a range of services and of equipment to help businesses streamline their operations – including everything from the latest ePos systems to server robots.

Visitors from across the industry appreciated being able to do face-to-face business again and, as always, the show provided plenty of networking opportunities.

“We were really pleased to see so many visitors to the show, and so much business going on. We look forward to next year’s show and bringing even more of the best the South West has to offer to Westpoint,” said Mike Anderson, MD Hale Events. “It was also great to see such innovation, which can help companies grow their businesses in 2023, so that they are even stronger and more resilient than before.”

Next year’s event will take place on Wednesday February 9 and Thursday February 10, 2023. For more information, visit the Source show website.
