Rimor unveils new range of motorhomes under £60,000 – Motorhome News – Motorhomes & Campervans
Called Kilig, the vehicles take their name from the Filipino language, Tagalog, defining the feeling of euphoria brought on by an exciting or romantic experience.
The new range includes both coachbuilt and low-profile models. In the Kilig overcab range, there are six layouts, ranging from 5.9 m to 7.2 m: 4 (half-dinette, rear transverse double bed), 5 (pullman dinette, rear transverse double), 9 (bunk beds rear), 50 (quadruple bunk beds), 669 (central bed) and 695 (single beds).
There are five other discreet layouts: Kilig 18 Plus (half dinette, rear transverse double bed), 67 Plus (large front saloon, rear bathroom and garage), 69 Plus (central bed), 95 Plus (single beds) and 66 Plus (central bed, side sofa lounge).
All models feature a contemporary interior design and a new look for the coachbuilt.
Vehicles bound for the UK are expected to feature upgraded specifications including Ford’s 168hp (170hp) engine, Sky View sunroof on low profile models, entry door with window and screen, seat covers of cabin seat and an oven.
But the biggest feature of all is the price of the Kilig, with importer, Motorhomes & Caravans Ltd of Hull, promising all layouts will cost under £60,000. In fact, they start at just £54,995 for the Kilig 4.
You’ll be able to see Rimor’s new budget range at the NEC show in October, where an even better offering will include a solar panel and tracker.
